The International Design Guild (IDG) created Design for a Difference™ (DFAD) to partner our socially conscious members and their communities together in support of their local non-profit organizations. Research continues to support the use of evidence-based design in improving quality of life, and Design for a Difference™ has answered this call by supporting over 150 charities to date through volunteerism and has raised over $3.5 million in goods and services. The focus of DFAD is to make the environments shared by employees, volunteers, and those that benefit from those charities, an enjoyable place to work, nurture, and prosper.
